I didn't receive a confirmation of my order. When will my order ship?

We try to ship all orders within 1-2 business days of posted payment. These factors will at times vary based on order volume received and inventory availability. If we are out of a item, we do our best to inform you via email within 1-2 business days while processing your order. Our system does not send out confirmations of orders. Please note that we also no not send out invoices with shipments and your paypal receipt acts as your invoice. If for any reason you need a copy sent, please email or call us for this information to be forwarded.

How long does it take to get an order?

Average ship time on most orders within the US takes about 5-7 business days within the lower 48 US states and international customers take an average of 10-15 business days for most orders*

I am trying to place an order, but my shipping costs are extremely high, can I combine shipping?

We apologize for this inconvenience. Our paypal calculator adds shipping based on the price of your order, not the contents. In order for us to better assist you with this type of order, please call or email through our contact field to request a invoice and detail which items we can help you with.

Your website states free shipping, but it's not showing up?

Our paypal calculator does no recognize our special offers however this shipping fee will be adjusted when we process your order for shipment. If you wish to avoid the extra charges, call to place your order or simply request a invoice through our contact field on our website.

Will this universal item fit my bike?

Most of our universal items are almost a “ONE SIZE FITS MOST” concept. In actuality, application is possible with most bikes often with little to no modifications. This is the reason why we offer measurements on many of our items to help our customers test their bikes for fitment and clearance.

I need to return my purchase. Do I need a RMA?

No RMA is required to return a item. We do ask that items are returned in their original condition, no modifications or mounted items will be accepted. We ask that all returns be made within 7-14 business days of the original receipt of the item.

Refunds are processed through the original form of payment and we do not refund shipping costs for returned items. *Please note for items with free shipping, the original shipping costs will be deducted if you return the item. Refunds take a average of 3-5 business days upon return and we ask that you please follow up with us if for any reason it takes longer than what we state. Once the refund is posted, it may still take a few business days before the funds are actually released back to your account.

I received the incorrect mounting hardware or am missing hardware, what do I do?

Please email or call when hardware is missing. Typically we can ship the necessary item or at times we can offer a discount for our customers to purchase it locally. We do also have several universal items in which the hardware supplied are just part of our manufacturer kit, they’re not often bike specific (especially with free kits). At times, additional hardware must be purchased to ensure proper fitment on universal items.

Why do you request images of missing or damaged items?

Images help us determine if the item needs to be exchanged, parts replaced and what is the extent of the issue with your order. Images help us better assist our customers by offering replacement parts or possibly discounts if you are willing to accept the item in “as is condition”
